Q: What are your shipping prices?
A: Due to the recent increase in delivery prices through our independent carriers, we have been forced to raise our shipping rates for the first time in 7 years. We strive to keep your costs as low as possible and will never charge more than necessary to cover packaging and transportation costs.
STANDARD GROUND DELIVERY, Averages 3-5 Business Days: $3.95
PRIORITY DELIVERY, Averages 2-4 Business Days: $6.95
EXPRESS MAIL DELIVERY, GUARANTEED 1-2 DAYS, INCLUDING HOLIDAYS: $18.99
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (non-US/Canada), Air Postal Mail: $3.95.



Q: I need to return/exchange an item, what do I do?
A: Please email us at returns@silverdreams.net, call us, or contact us via our website and request a return authorization number. Packages without an RA number clearly marked on the outside will be refused. Your return must reach us within 30 days from the invoice date to receive a refund. We do not keep payment information on file after 30 days, so we cannot grant any exceptions. Please include a copy of the original invoice in with your package and indicate on the copy the reason for the return/exchange. Please allow 3 days after the item is received for your refund to be granted. If an item is defective when you receive it, please contact us by email immediately. We do not refund shipping charges for any reason.
