Shopping Tips If you are looking for a specific item you do not see on our site, please email us.  We have access to thousands of styles not featured on our website and we may can locate the item you are searching for.
Product Availability We do our best to have all of our items in stock that show available.
Sizing Rings will always be in whole sizes 6-9 unless otherwise stated.  We do not size rings due to the volume of orders we process.  If you wish for your ring to be sized specifically, you may take your ring to a local ring sizer/jeweler near you, but once they are altered, they cannot be returned/exchanged.
Product and/or Warranty Information All of our jewelry products are sterling silver and are marked with the universal fineness mark of .925. This includes posts for earrings.  Non-jewelry items will be marked as "sterling" if they are sterling otherwise, please assume they are not.
Additional Information Join our mailing list for periodic coupons and specials.
Engraving We do not provide in house engraving at this time.
Wholesale Please email us with the item number and quantity you wish to order. We do provide bulk discounts on a per item basis.
Gift Wrap We do provide gift wrapping for a nominal fee.  A gift card can be included with your order as well.

Placing Order Options For the fastest, easiest ordering method, please place your order via our website.  You may also use our toll-free number during business hours or submit your order via fax or mail.
Placing Order Tips Please double check all of your shipping information, including apartment numbers.  If your order does not include all necessary information, it could delay the processing of your order.
Tax Information We only charge sales tax for orders from the state of Arkansas.
Payment Methods Available We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Checks and Money Orders.
Problems with Your Order If you have problems with your order, please contact us via our website or call 1-800-713-9525. 
Change or Cancel an Order To change or cancel your order, you must call/email us no later than 4:00 p.m. CST the business day the order is placed.  Once the order has shipped, we can no longer make any changes/cancellations.
Mail Orders You now have the ability to choose "Mail Order" on our online order form. Proceed all the way to through the normal online checkout and choose "Mail Order". Skip the credit card fields. Confirm your order and you will receive an Order Number. Please print the order confirmation page and/or write your order number on your check/money order and remit to: Silver Dreams, Order Dept., 3017 South 70th Street Suite A, Fort Smith, AR 72903. Your order will ship as soon as we receive payment.
Fax Orders Choose “Mail Order” from payment option field.  Confirm your order and print a copy.  Fax the copy to 1-800-713-9525.  Be sure to include either your credit card information or a number where we can call you to confirm the order.
Shipping
Free Shipping Any order over $50.00 earns free Standard Shipping.  Just choose the standard shipping option from the order form.
Shipping Methods Available Standard Ground (3-5 business day average), Priority Ground (2-3 business day average), Express Air (1-2 business day).
Shipping Times Orders ship the same business day if placed by 4:00 p.m.
Shipping Rates Standard Ground $3.95, Priority Ground $5.95, Express Air ($18.99).
International Customers All non-US, non-Canada customers must choose Global Shipping for $3.95.  Delivery times are not guaranteed and can vary from country to country.
Track Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with delivery information for your package.
Returns
Return Policy Please email us at returns@silverdreams.net, call our toll free number, or use our easy form on our website and request a return authorization number. Packages without an RA number clearly marked on the outside will be refused. You have 30 days from the invoice date to return your item to us. Please include a copy of the original invoice in with your package and indicate on the copy the reason for the return/exchange. Please allow 3 days after the item is received for your refund to be granted. If an item is defective when you receive it, please contact us by email immediately. We do not refund shipping charges for any reason.
Process Please allow 2-3 business days for the return to be processed and applied to your original payment method.
Shipping There are no refunds on shipping charges for any reason. If you qualified for free shipping and your order falls below $50.00 after a return, we will deduct $3.95 from your refund prior to application of the refund.  We will ship back exchanges at no cost to you.
Security/Privacy
Terms We do not sell/rent/give any information you provide to us to third parties.  Basically we abide by the philosophy that if we do not want it done to us, we do not do it to our customers.  Shop securely on our 128 bit encryption  website.
